The platform as well as it's podcast, The Sunday Podcast looks at business in 2021, what customer service looks like, advertising, publication, events, managing a team, running a business and navigating your way through these changing times. The podcast guests are industry professionals, talking about the lows from the past year as well as the big wins. The website has blogposts regarding each episode as well as business cheat sheets for 2021.
